5-Day Zanzibar & Nyerere National Park Safari

Day 1: Arrival in Zanzibar & Beach Relaxation

Arrive at Zanzibar International Airport, where our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day relaxing at the beach, swimming, or exploring nearby attractions. Zanzibar’s charming coastal atmosphere sets the perfect mood for your upcoming adventure.

Day 2: Fly to Nyerere National Park & Afternoon Game Drive

After an early breakfast, transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your short flight to Nyerere National Park (Selous). Upon landing, meet your safari guide and head straight into the wilderness

Day 3: Full-Day Safari & Boat Safari on the Rufiji River

Start your day with an early-morning game drive when animals are most active. Explore the vast plains, forests, and lakes of Nyerere.

Search for predators, grazing animals, and rare wildlife as your guide explains animal behaviors, tracks, and natural history.
Afternoon Boat Safari
Enjoy a tranquil yet exciting boat safari along the Rufiji River, the heart of the park. Observe hippos, crocodiles, and beautiful birdlife up close—perfect for photography. Return to your lodge for dinner and relaxation under the stars.

Day 4: Morning Walking Safari & Fly Back to Zanzibar

Wake up early for a professionally guided walking safari, offering a unique chance to learn about the smaller details of the bush—plants, footprints, insects, and bird calls. After the walk, return to the lodge for breakfast, then transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 5: Zanzibar Beach Relaxation & Departure

Spend your final day enjoying Zanzibar’s world-class beaches, taking a short excursion, or relaxing at your resort. Later, our driver will transfer you to the airport for your onward flight.
